"No time to call politicians or write pithy letters expressing your frustration? No problem! Relieve your tortured soul by writing a check!

Buffalo needs your help. The casino advocates are well-funded and determined. The grounds of our legal actions are substantial and we have a real chance of winning in court what was taken from us in Albany back rooms. Even the former congressmen who wrote the law that was used to permit this proposed casino — Amo Houghton and John LaFalce — say the law was misinterpreted and does not authorize a Buffalo casino at all.

The Margaret L. Wendt Foundation has provided a large grant to get the litigation going. But more money is needed to underwrite the legal fees and research in this campaign to save our city.

It really does not matter how much you give as long as you give something to support this action.
